Delivery Info

*FREE for orders over £100 (after discount, plus VAT, UK Mainland only)

Available delivery to Northern Ireland or personal collection.

Gift Card - This is a digital gift card. After the purchase, you will receive an email with the gift card and instructions on how to use it. The card can be used as payment for any products we have.

80% of orders is delivered within 48h after clear payment, 100% within 10 working days

Delivery will be between 8am - 8pm.

Delivery

Our delivery partner will send an email confirming your four-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can manage your delivery using the links in this email, with options to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbor if you will not be in.

Exclusions

FREE Standard delivery may be unavailable if your order contains a large item (like flower wall panels, artificial trees, any other large items). If so, you'll need our Large Item Delivery service. You'll be notified of any large items in your order on the basket page. Free delivery available only UK mainland.


Return Policy

Amend or Cancel an Order

We are unable to amend orders. To add a product to your order, you will need to place a new order.

To change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or to cancel the order completely, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any further changes.

Changing your Mind

  • Returns will be accepted without prior agreement.

  • If you wish to return the goods, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of delivery and return the goods unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of returning the goods to us. If upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the same way used to pay when placing order, less 25% fee

  • If returning fragile or glass items, please ensure you have adequate insurance, as we will not refund any items received damaged.

  • Goods that are returned to us must be dispatched to us within 7 working days of notification to us. If the goods are not returned or you do not notify us within this time, your right to cancel the goods will be revoked. If goods are received beyond this time limit we will refund the card used when placing the order, less a 50% handling fee.

  • There are certain types of goods that you will not be able to cancel, including but not limited to items that have been personalised to your requirements.

  • If items arrive broken, used, damage or removed form original package we are not responsible for refund.


Shipping cost are not refundable for any reason.

Return Restrictions

  • If you've broken the original packing.

  • Personalised items and other items that deteriorate fast.

Damaged Items and Shortages

• These must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery in order for us to proceed.

Liability

• We will not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect loss.

Refunds

• Any deductions applicable, such as collection or delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund due.
• Refunds will be processed on the same card/payment way used for the original transaction.

• Any information given to us is to enable us to process your order. We will not sell or pass your information to any other company.
• Debit/Credit Card information is not stored on our server.
• We don’t permit the copying of any part of our website without prior written consent.
• Images and information for our website may only be downloaded for the sole purpose of placing an order with us.

• Wherever possible all our packaging will be recycled to keep our company eco-friendly.
